Diana graduated with honors holding degrees in Business Law, International Business and Finance from California State University-Northridge along with Accounting from UCLA. She also has a California CPA license (subject to renewal). Diana has an extensive background and experience in accounting, which includes preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements, reviewing payables and receivables, establishing computerized bookkeeping systems for small businesses, performing audits, organizing accounting departments, and planning income tax strategies for small businesses. Her background includes small and medium businesses in healthcare and general commercial industries. She is proficient in a wide variety of software, including QuickBooks, TaxACT, ADP Creative Solutions and PAC, LOGIC, and other ERP software solutions.

Ross has a bachelor’s degree in Cost Accounting and an MBA from California State University-Northridge. He is also a senior member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. Ross has a strong background in a wide range of finance and accounting procedures, including department reporting, reconciliation and ledger submissions. He also has experience in reconciliation, accounts payable, payroll, contract analysis, profit and loss statements, and accounting procedures. He has worked with division/business unit to the corporate level in a medium sized corporation.
